ComingSoon.net has your exclusive first look at the new Momentum poster, which you can view in the gallery below. The action film will be released by Starz Digital in theaters and on VOD on October 16.

The film stars Olga Kurylenko (Quantum of Solace) as Alex, an infiltration expert who accidentally reveals her identity during what should have been a routine heist. She quickly finds herself mixed up in a government conspiracy and entangled in a deadly game of cat-and-mouse with a master assassin (played by James Purefoy from “The Following”). Armed with her own set of lethal skills, Alex looks to exact revenge for her murdered friends while uncovering the truth.

Directed by Stephen S. Campanelli from a script by Adam Marcus and Debra Sullivan, the film also stars Morgan Freeman, Karl Thaning, Shelley Nicole Christians, Dylan Edy, Jenna Saras, Greg Kriek, and Aidan Whytock.

‘Following’ Star James Purefoy Joins Anna Gunn in Wall Street Drama ‘Equity’

“The Following” star James Purefoy has joined Anna Gunn in “Equity,” Broad Street Pictures’ Wall Street drama.

Purefoy will play a charismatic investment bank executive who loves taking risks in all things, including his romance with Gunn’s character.

“Backwards” star Sarah Megan Thomas will play a VP at the bank and Alysia Reiner (“Orange Is the New Black”) will portray a prosecutor passionate about fighting financial corruption. Read the rest of this entry »
